Shiro or Pink Bby, a casual izakaya where everything on the menu costs ¥380, opened at 1-10-16 Hamanaka-cho, Hyogo-ku, Kobe on September 14, 2026, about a 5-minute walk from Misaki-koen Station on the Kaigan subway line. Daily obanzai side dishes, salads, tempura, sashimi, noodles and rice dishes, plus beer, highballs, shochu and sake, are all the same flat price. It runs Monday to Thursday, 17:30–23:30; from Friday to Sunday the same space operates as its sister bar Kuro Bby. Preview nights were held on September 2 and 3. No parking.
