Pizzeria 30 (thirty) opened its Gion flagship on October 9, 2026 in Sueyoshicho, a short walk from Gion-Shijo Station. The menu is eight pizzas, from a cheese-free marinara (¥1,700) and a buffalo-mozzarella Margherita (¥1,900) to prosciutto and rucola with 14-month ham sliced to order (¥3,600) and a Wagyu sirloin sukiyaki pizza (¥3,900), plus Italian soft drinks, tea sodas and organic wine by the glass. Open daily 10:00–22:00; web reservations are available.
