Niku no Esaka, a popular meat restaurant from Motomachi, opens its Center Plaza Sannomiya branch on July 25, 2026. Running its own meat-processing plant with no middlemen, the shop leads with a melt-in-your-mouth WAGYU steak and a butcher's special hamburg set. The hamburg is aged in a house sauce and comes with a choice of three sauces — demi-glace, white, or curry — with free large or extra-large rice. Find it at Unit 008, Center Plaza East, Sannomiya-cho, Chuo-ku, Kobe. Open 11:00–21:00.
