Kobe Nikusho Ichiya, a Kobe beef and Wagyu restaurant in the annex of the Shimabun BB PLAZA building in Iwaya-nakamachi, Nada, reopened on October 18, 2026 after about two and a half years closed. The menu runs from a short steak (¥1,320 for 100g) and roast beef rice bowl (¥1,320) to Kobe beef sukiyaki (¥2,860) and Kobe beef yakiniku (¥4,180), and every dish comes with rice and soup. Open 11:30–15:30 and 17:30–21:30, closed Mondays. Five minutes on foot from Hanshin Iwaya Station, with parking for 9 cars.
