A specialist takkamari restaurant that opened in front of Shin-Nagata Station. Takkamari is a Seoul-style hot pot made by simmering a whole chicken — deceptively simple, which means the quality of the bird, the broth, and the cooking all show up directly in the bowl. The concept: no shortcuts, just a proper pot. The aim is to be the place in Shin-Nagata where people say 'let's go for takkamari tonight.'
