Janmen, a ramen shop born from the staff meal at Manshuken, a yakiniku restaurant in Shimanto, Kochi Prefecture, opened a branch on October 8, 2026, right by Itayado Station in Suma Ward. The signature Jan-men comes buried under a piping-hot thickened sauce of garlic chives, egg, offal and chili. Jan-men (regular) is ¥1,080, ¥1,230 with a small rice; Jan-meshi (rice version) ¥1,080; classic chuka soba ¥870. Open weekdays 11:00–15:00 and 17:00–23:00, weekends and holidays 11:00–23:00. No reservations.
