Dahlias, a combined pâtisserie and chocolaterie, opens at 12:00 on Friday, November 6, 2026, on the ground floor (south side) of the Hiramatsu Building Shimoyamate Mansion in Shimoyamatedori 4-chome, north of Motomachi Station. Its signature, shown on Instagram throughout the run-up to opening, is cakes decorated with dahlias and roses made from chocolate. From November 6 to 8, it sells limited opening sets — three fresh cakes, five baked sweets, or bonbon chocolates — and closes for the day once they sell out. Whole cakes are by reservation only. Open 12:00–19:00, closed irregularly. There is no dedicated parking, so use a nearby coin car park or public transport.
