Kodomo Bunkasai 2026 (Kids' Culture Festival)

Why You Should Visit

A one-day festival where children take the lead, themed on learning and international exchange, at Mikage Kokaido in Higashinada. The stage features hoalele, a parent-and-child ukulele group, and the clown troupe Saturday Angels marking 20 years. Booths are mostly hands-on: a Western izakaya from Suidosuji, an all-girls robotics team, a craft booth where you build a paper-cup monster and shoot at it, and 3D sticker making. Admission is free; activities and food use ¥500 four-coupon tickets sold on site. Indoors, so weather is not a concern.
