A community festival held in Kita Ward as part of the Kobe Festival, marking its 50th edition. This year it takes place at Arima Hall in the Hokusin area. Alternating annually between the southern and northern parts of Kita Ward, the festival features indoor stage performances and outdoor booths showcasing the charms of the area.
