What is pairing?
Pairing is the combination of specialty coffee and sweets that brings out the best in each other. Based on 6 types of tags (citrus, berry, stone fruit, nuts & chocolate, floral, and others), the basic approach is 'harmonious pairing' that combines coffee and sweets with the same colored tags.
Is reservation required for workshops?
Yes, workshops require advance reservation. Participation fees are paid at the venue before the session starts. Each workshop is limited to 15 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
