Why You Should Visit
A family festival run by Nada Ward residents since 1971. At the plaza in front of Oji Athletics Stadium, the Family Stage hosts a rotating lineup of dance, music and folk-dance performances, alongside a danjiri float procession and around 40 food stalls. Hands-on corners for kids — woodworking, a fire-truck display, ball-toss games and more — plus a recreation corner and a garage sale full of finds make it a full day out for all ages.

The 53rd Rokko Family Festival takes place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, 11:00–17:00 at the plaza in front of Oji Athletics Stadium (Nada Ward, Kobe). It is a family festival built and run by Nada Ward residents. Throughout the day you can enjoy the Family Stage with dance, music and folk-dance performances, a danjiri float procession, around 40 festival food stalls, and hands-on booths for children. Admission and Family Stage viewing are free.
