Hakutsuru 2026 Spring Sake Brewery Open Day

Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. (Headquarters & Sake Museum / Production Factory)

Hakutsuru 2026 Spring Sake Brewery Open Day

Why You Should Visit

Hakutsuru Sake Brewing's annual open day welcomes visitors to two venues: the headquarters/Sake Museum side and the production factory side. Enjoy factory tours, lucky bags, paid tastings, food stalls, and stage performances. New this year: frozen sake using 'Hakutsuru Blanc' (popular at Expo 2025 Osaka) and Kobe Wine. Fresh vegetables from local Kobe farmers, paper-making workshops for kids, and a family lawn area make it fun for all ages.
